Sorrento, the land of lemons

The Solagri Cooperative is based in Sant'Agnello, a town bordering Sorrento. The 350 members of the consortium are distributed throughout the Sorrento Peninsula and the Isle of Capri.
The Sorrento Peninsula, Sorrento and Capri are known all over the world thanks to the tourist vocation of the area. There are many landscape and naturalistic beauties that attract thousands of tourists every year, such as the Bay of Ieranto or the protected marine natural area of Punta Campanella.
The territory is completely crossed by the mountain range of the Lattari Mountains, which descending towards the sea end right at Punta Campanella. In front of Punta Campanella, a few nautical miles away, there is the island of Capri which was once attached to the Sorrento peninsula and currently represents an ideal continuation of it..

Agriculture and tourism, the richness of the territory

SORRENTO
Sorrento is a tourist destination that attracts travelers from all over the world. There are many monuments, churches and sites of cultural interest.
The Cloister of San Francesco is one of the most ancient moments that can be visited in Sorrento. It is characterized by a particularly suggestive architecture that blends elements from different eras.
The Basilica of Sant'Antonino, built in the 11th century and which houses the remains of the patron saint of the city.

Sorrento is also important from the food and wine point of view and there are many restaurants where you can taste the specialties of the area.

CAPRI
The island of Capri was originally attached to the Sorrentine Peninsula of which it shares the characteristics of the territory. In fact, on the island, companies of Solagri members cultivate the "Feminello Ovale di Sorrento".
The beauties of Capri are renowned all over the world, just mention the Blue Grotto and the Faraglioni, true icons of Campania tourism.
